Your Home and Our Traditional Site Plan

Heritage Homes is comprised of 13 single family detached homes. Lots 1 through 11 feature generous 30 feet front lawns, large back yards and a tandem third parking space for a car or boat. Lots 12 and 13 feature four parking spaces and a large rear patio.

All of the homes will feature lavish front and alley landscaping with gorgeous magnolia and yellow trumpet trees, welcoming front lawns and an array of flourishing shrubs and bushes all designed to help re-connect you with nature!
